A Panang Curry is a little sweet, a little salty and one of the few curries to use Thai basil. Most often cooked with beef but can also be prepared with other meat or seafood. Served with a thick coconut sauce, one of my favourites but often not prepared properly outside Thailand. Try it and see !

Amazing pastes!

I’ve ordered pretty much all the pastes from My Thai Curry over the past year or so and love them all. Easily the best quality I’ve experienced and makes making Thai curries so easy. The Bangkok green curry, Panang and the red curry pastes are my favourites and I’ve tried lots of the fantastic recipes on the website which is so helpful.
